            When it comes to skincare, every one of us pays attention to it in the best way possible. Like sunscreen, moisturizers, facials, cleansers, whitening creams etc... But wait are there any precautions we need to care about ? are there any side effects? Is every product helpful for everyone? Do we need to follow certain rules? What are do's and don'ts? etc... And we keep asking ourselves these questions. And there is an answer for every question, In this blog let's learn about what are do's and don'ts of skincare. Of course, trying everything on our skin damaged skin and improves lots of problems like acne, pimples, etc...so we have to take cautions depending on some factors.
Factors to depend on :
1. Our skin type
2. Our skin texture
3. Our skin problems
4. Our skin conditions
5. Allergies if any etc...

                   By viewing the above factors we have to start using products on our skin. And no need to panic because many people on the internet provided information about the above factors, what to use for these factors individually, and many more...

Do's :

1. Wear Sunscreen everyday
2. Skincare is not just meant for your face, care about your body as well
3. Eat a balanced diet
4. Drink oodles of water
5. Remove makeup before bed
6. take more antioxidants
7. Have a good night sleep at least for 6 - 8 hrs
8. Use best products for skin
9. Don't neglect sensitive skin 
10. Exfoliate your skin and do gently
11. Wear sun-protecting clothing
12. Do wear hats
13. Beware of allergic products
14. Have a daily routine
15. Do cleansing twice or thrice a weak but gently.


Dont's : 


1. Don't keep touching your face
2. Don't forget sunscreens
3. Don't tan and also don't put more makeup
4. Don't rub over pimples
5. Don't directly apply something to the skin, the first test in a small area and then apply to     your skin
6. Don't over-exfoliate
7. Don't use more chemicals
8. Don't neglect skin 
9. Don't neglect your neck and other sensitive areas
10. Don't smoke
11. Don't take the stress
13. Don't eat more oily foods which cause any problems, have a balanced diet
14. Avoid using products that don't fit you
15. Don't neglect skincare routines.




                                        


                     Do follow these tips given above to make your skin look strong, healthy, smooth, and glowing. All the above tips are tested and followed by millions of people out there. Many people follow these and change the look of their skin. And if you have any problem do contact the doctor and solve your problem.
