                                              Do's and Don'ts


        Everyone are aware of pedicure and manicure and we spend lots of money and time in parlors but wait! what if we do that at home? Are there any precautions we should take? What are do's and don'ts?  Will anything affect our skin? etc... So let's discuss them in our blog. We have to take necessary precautions and tips that are needed on beforehand.
Of course, trying everything on our nails and skin damages nails and leads to unhealthy nails and skin. so we have to take cautions depending on some factors.
Factors to depend on :
1. Our nail conditions
2. Our skin conditions
3. Our nail texture
4. Our skin texture
5. Our skin and nails are healthy or unhealthy
6. Allergies if any etc...

                   By viewing the above factors we have to start using products on our nails and skins. And no need to panic because many people on the internet provided information about the above factors, what to use for these factors individually and many more...  


Do's: 


1. Keep nails shaped and trimmed
2. Keep nails dry and clean
3. Moisturize the cuticle area well
4. Wear gloves when doing work or washing dishes
5. Take zinc and biotin supplements
6. Sterilize nail tools
7. Disinfect tears or cuts on the cuticle
8. treat ingrown and torn nails as soon as possible
9. Coat nails well
10. If you feel not right, do visit the salon
11. Apply foot creams well
12. Use an emery board to smooth nail edges
13. If going to the salon make a morning appointment
14. Always use a wooden manicure stick to clean under nails
15. Be very gentle on skin and nails.

Don'ts:





1. Don't use nails as tools
2. Don't neglect cuticles
3. Don't pull off hangnails
4. Don't Push the cuticle back too far
5. Don't soak nails for long periods of time
6. Don't share your nail file
7. Don't ignore the inflammation
8. Don't ignore when your nail turns into different color or texture 
10. Don't go barefoot
11. Don't peel off your polish
12. Don't overuse nail polish remover
13. Don't be harsh on nails and skin
14. Don't forget to exfoliate the skin after soaking
15. Don't forget to visit the doctor if needed for nail and skin problems.



                Do follow these tips given above to make your nails and skin in your legs and hands look strong, healthy, smooth, shinier, and beautiful. All the above tips are tested and followed by millions of people out there. Many people follow these and change the look of their nails.
