Nail Care
Nails are one of those things that people observe in others naturally. Nails reflect our overall health, which is why proper nail care is so important. Beautiful nails describe beautiful people. There are many sayings like " If your life gives you nail polish, make nail art", "Nothing improves your mood like a new manicure", "Nails before males", "Great nails don't happen by chance", etc...
Even being this important we have lots of doubts regarding nails, How to take care of them? How to shape and paint them? What tools are used? Do we need to trim them often? About manicure, pedicure? Do we need nail creams, hand creams? Do we need moisturizers etc...So in this blog, I will be sharing some tips regarding nail care.
Some tips regarding Nail care:
1. Keep nails clean
2. Keep nails dry
3. Do not bite your fingernails
4. Do not forcibly remove the nails
5. Trim regularly
6. Moisturize your nails
7. Use hand creams for protection
8. Be gentle
9. Avoid being in contact with water for more time
10. Use good nail scissors and nail clipper to cut them
11. Practice good nail hygiene
12. Be careful while trimming
13. Avoid harsh nail polishes
14. Use gentle nail removers, a base coat, and a topcoat
15. Be careful with artificial nails, don't harshly remove them.
Signs of healthy and unhealthy nails:
Healthy nails are strong and they look so good with nice texture, smooth and in good shape. While unhealthy nails are easy to find. They may be brittle, discolored, soft or weak, white spots and many more. They may be due to many reasons, and we can see any other symptoms related to health as well.

If any of these exist please go to the doctor and consult them. It is the best way to get treated for these problems.

Do we need hand creams and nail creams:
We often neglect our hands and expose them directly to water and dust. So without proper routines, they can get dry, rough, irritated and look withered and older. Even with regular manicures and pedicures, we have to maintain the texture of our skin and nails properly. So hand creams and nail creams do this work for us.
Before regularly using its first test, then apply every day. Because again not every product is meant for you. So choose wisely.
Healthy diet for nails:
We all know the importance of a balanced diet, plenty of nutrients in food helps the body in many ways. Even to have stronger nails we need a good diet like
1. fruits
2. lean meat
3. salmon
4. nuts
5. milk
6. beans
7. eggs
8. leafy vegetables
9. whole grains
10. dairy products etc...
On a final note, nails are one of the most important parts of the body. So we need to take care of them in the best way possible. Follow the above tips and make your nails stronger, prettier and healthy so that you can flaunt your beautiful nails with awesome nail art to people.
